Coolvetica font is a sans-serif typeface, inspired by logotypes from the 1970s. This was an era where everyone was modifying Helvetica not only logo designers but even font designers were into outlandish Helvetica mods. Phototype catalogs were loaded with playful variations of the already ubiquitous typeface.
